This makes sense! I want you to pretend that this week, the year is turning over early. Put on your aspirational hat, and take a look at how things are going.

The Nine of Swords seems to think so. Worrying can be helpful to a certain extent. It helps us anticipate situations and plan more effectively before stuff goes down, which can be useful. You can still experiment with these things to see if they help you to have a more restful evening.
